VF3W isn't just a week of events, we are a MOVEMENT!  When VF3W was started in 2012, April Minor-White, COO decided that we needed to give back to the community.  VF3W, has participated in several campaigns that have helped the community. 


Belle/Beau of the Ball- VF3W pays for a high school senior's complete prom experience.   A designer creates the prom gown of the Belle's dream, our MUA team will create her flawless makeup, our hairstylist team will give her that beautiful hair style, we pick out those must have accessories, and dinner for 2 to her/his favorite resturant. 


Purses with a Purpose ( Pink Carpet Glam Girl) - VF3W has helped with collecting over 300 purses to give to this campaign.  the pursed are stuffed with those things girls and ladies miss while in a domestic shelter...lip gloss, lotion, those things that make a woman feel special in a time of despire. 


VF3W Angel Tree - VF3W has chooses a foster child from a local foster care agency and takes care of their complete Christmas list.


Cure for Cancer Race - VF3W has passed out waters at the end of the finish line to participants.


R.O.L.E. Models -  A program for tweeners that focuses on self awareness, self esteem, healthy relationships and so much more.  


Pretty In Pink Fashion Show - Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show.  Which supplies information about breast cancer and the importance of yearly mammograms for those 40 and older.


Back To School Drive - VF3W donated 30 back to school back packs full of school supplies at community day at Doris Miller Community Center.   

Newport News Schools, Parks & Recreation & Gang Task Force - We worked with youth ages 16-24 in a Master Class on how to start a business in the fashion industry.
